How it Works
1. After receiving confirmation from Kidstuff that your order is ready for collection, book here before 12pm to receive your order by 8pm the same day (Monday to Friday).
2. Bookings placed with us after 12pm Monday to Thursday will be delivered the NEXT day.
3. Bookings placed after 12pm on Friday or anytime on the weekend, will be delivered on Monday. We’re unable to deliver on public holidays.
Size and Distance
The size of the order (meaning the size of all the items combined) must not exceed the following dimensions:
- 105cm (1.05 metres) in length, 15kgs in weight, 0.25 cubic metres in volume.
- Examples of common items we can't deliver: Large Round Mirror, Bean bags/refills and large rugs which exceed 1.05m.
- PLEASE do not book oversize orders with us as we're unable to refund those deliveries.
- If you're unsure, please check on the Kidstuff website (it lists the dimensions of the items), before booking with us.
- Our system uses Google Maps to calculate distance
- If you're unsure, enter the details using a dummy order number
- If the address is within range, the payment box will pop up
- Our system won't take you to payment if the distance exceeds the limit
Order Arrival
While we can’t guarantee the exact time of delivery, orders are due for delivery before 8pm.
We don’t do sign-offs as part of contactless delivery so in most circumstances you won’t need to be present at the time of delivery.
Upon arrival, our driver will read the delivery instructions. If there are no special instructions, the driver will leave the order in a safe place. You’ll be notified via text and email once your order’s delivered.
In the occasion that our driver is unable to deliver your items safely at the chosen address they will contact you by phone. If they don’t receive a response within 5 minutes they have to move on with other orders and will return your order to the pickup store in 1-2 business days. In that scenario, unfortunately we won’t be able to provide a refund.

As of now Kidstuff is offering this service in select stores only.
Unfortunately the dimensions limits are hard limits and we wouldn’t be able to process the delivery.
We appreciate the interest however as of now there is no way for us to deliver orders beyond 10kms from the designated Kidstuff store.
Unfortunately due to tracking and visibility of the orders, they would need to be booked with us separately.
Orders are usually assigned before 3pm on the day of delivery, and delivered before 8pm.
Our drivers are assigned multiple deliveries per day which are then organised by a computer to determine the fastest possible route. This may mean a driver picks up an order first but delivers it later depending on other deliveries that day. We honour our commitment to deliver all of our orders by 8pm and many customers are pleasantly surprised by how quickly their order arrives.
Please contact our customer service team. Please note as per our terms and conditions the issue must be raised within 48 hours of the delivery being ‘completed’ for us to guarantee a resolution. As a same / next day delivery service it becomes difficult to locate orders beyond that timeframe.
You can still place it with us through the booking form above. Just be weary of the size and distance requirements outlined above, and that this service isn’t currently offered at all stores.
Your delivery may have been cancelled due to a few reasons. Please visit the cancellation page which outlines what happened.
Please contact us if your item was received damaged so we can investigate accordingly. We take great care in delivering your item, the proof of delivery shows the state of the item when it was delivered to you. We’re not responsible for items inside the package that were damaged prior to transit.
