Cancellation of Your Kmart Click & Collect Delivery

Unfortunately we couldn’t deliver your order today as it is a standard Kmart home delivery order instead of a Click & Collect order. We currently can only deliver Click & Collect orders. Your order should arrive as per the normal time for a Kmart home delivery.
 
We’ve refunded the delivery fee which may take up to 10 days to show on your statement. 
Unfortunately we couldn’t deliver your order today because it wasn’t ready for collection yet.
 
In order to ensure same day/next day delivery, the order must be a click & collect order and ready for pickup at the Kmart store before you place it with us.
 
Once you receive confirmation from Kmart that your order is ready for collection feel free to book it with us again at https://getitfast.com.au/kmart. Otherwise it’s available for pick up at the Kmart store as per normal.

Unfortunately we couldn’t deliver your order today as your order was marked as collected by the customer according to the Kmart system.
 
This can sometimes happen when the Kmart store signs off the items but haven’t actually handed them out. Meaning your order is still in the store.
 
The best option is to contact the Kmart store to ensure your items are still there in the store, and then placing it with us again if you’d like at https://getitfast.com.au/kmart . Please add “Items are in the store” under the ‘Any instructions’ tab if you book it with us again so we know not to cancel it.

Unfortunately, we couldn’t deliver your order today as the combined size of the items in your order exceeded our maximum dimensions. We only deliver items that fall under 15kgs or 105cm.
 
As per our policy, unfortunately we can’t provide a refund for this delivery.
 
Your order is available for pickup as per normal at the Kmart store. Alternatively you could speak to Kmart customer service who sometimes arrange for a separate delivery.

Unfortunately we couldn’t deliver your order today. This was due to the store being unable to find your order to hand over to us for delivery.

If you received a notice saying “Thanks for picking up”, this is an automated message that is sent after the store scans off the items. Typically in these cases, the store scans off the items but can’t find them again when its time to hand over to us.

We’d recommend contacting the relevant store or Kmart customer service to ensure your items are still in the store.
