Cancellation Reasons

Unfortunately we couldn’t deliver your order today as it is a standard home delivery order through another courier instead of a Click & Collect order. We currently only deliver Click & Collect orders. Your order should arrive as per the normal time for a home delivery.
 
We’ve refunded the delivery fee which may take up to 10 days to show on your statement. 
Unfortunately we couldn’t deliver your order today because it wasn’t ready for collection by the cutoff time.
 
In order to ensure same day/next day delivery, the order must be a click & collect order and ready for pickup at the store before you place it with us.
 
Once you receive confirmation that your order is ready for collection feel free to book it with us again by clicking the ‘book a delivery’ button. Otherwise feel free to pick up in store as per normal.

This can sometimes happen when the store signs-off the items but haven’t passed it on to our driver. Meaning your order is still in the store.
 
The best option is to contact the store to ensure your items are still there in the store, and then booking it with us again if you’d like.
 
Please let our customer service team know the order number if this is the case so that we don’t cancel the order again.

Unfortunately we couldn’t deliver your order today. This was due to the store being unable to find your order (or some items in the order) to hand over to our driver for delivery.

We’d recommend contacting the relevant store or their customer service to ensure your items are still in the store. Once that’s confirmed please let us know and we’ll re-arrange delivery.

If you received a notice saying “Thanks for picking up”, this is an automated message that is sent after the store scans off the items. Typically in these cases, the store scans off the items but are unable to find them again when its time to hand over to our driver.

Unfortunately, we couldn’t deliver your order today as the combined size of the items in your order exceeded our maximum dimensions. We only deliver orders that fall under 15kgs, 105cm in length and 0.25 cubic metres in volume.
 
As per our policy, unfortunately we can’t provide a refund for this delivery.
 
Your order is available for pickup as per normal at the store.
Unfortunately we couldn’t deliver your order today as the order number wasn’t found in the store’s system.
 
This may be due to accidentally entering an incorrect order number, or selecting a pickup store that is different to the actual store where the click & collect is.

If you wish to get your order delivered again please click the ‘book a delivery’ button and double check the order number.
 
If you’re certain the order number was entered correctly feel free to contact our customer service.

Unfortunately we couldn’t deliver your order today as there wasn’t a safe place for our driver to leave your order, and they didn’t receive a response upon contacting you.

Your order will be returned to the store in 1-2 business days.

Unfortunately we’re unable to refund the delivery fee in this circumstance.

If you would like to re-arrange delivery, feel free to book it on our site and let our customer service team know.

If picking up from the store as per normal, please be weary the staff may say it’s already been ‘collected’. You may need to explain that it’s marked as ‘collected’ as it was scanned off when our driver first attempted pick up.
